Robert Stephenson

Director of Lacrosse Operations

Ahead of its preparations for the 2027 season, Harvard men's lacrosse adds Robert Stephenson to its coaching staff as its new Director of Lacrosse Operations. He joins the Crimson program with experience across the collegiate and international levels of the game.

Stephenson most recently served as the defensive coordinator at the University of Mary Washington, where he helped guide the Eagles to the semifinals of the 2026 Coastal Lacrosse Conference Tournament. Previously, he worked as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Franklin Pierce University, overseeing recruiting strategy while contributing to the program’s defensive development.

Beyond the collegiate level, Stephenson has been an important member of the France National Team coaching staff. He helped France earn its strongest-ever finish at the 2025 European Championships and helped with the development of France’s box lacrosse program.
